Shivaji Jayanti
On the evening of 19th February 2023, for the first time the students of Shivaji celebrated Shivaji Jayanti under the guidance of the Housemaster, Mr Mandaar Sharma. A puja was organised on this day for the students who are appearing for the Board Examination to seek the blessings of the almighty. The Principal, Vice Principal and other members of the faculty also joined the auspicious occasion.
Due to the activation of Western Disturbances in Jammu and Kashmir, the Northern wind has calmed down. Due to this, the temperature during the day and night has started increasing. The minimum temperature was recorded at 11.4 degrees Celsius. There is no need to wear warm clothes! According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of further increase
in temperature in the up coming days. Due to this, the breeze will be warm and dry. The maximum temperature could be close to 32 degrees Celsius, four degrees above normal.
Pansies and Marigolds have bloomed vibrantly adding pops of colour through out the Fort, green pigeons and wild geese have taken to the sky as they migrate to cooler climates till they returnnext winter. Result of Inter House March Past The Inter House March Past competition was a part of the Republic Day celebration.
The competition was judged by Col. D.K. Farashwal (Retd.), Mr Manoj Kumar Mishra and Mr Ashok Shivraman. The House positions are as follows:
